- Shrimp
- 120g
- Asparagus
- 60g
- Sake
- as needed
- Corn starch
- as needed
- Ponzu Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
- as needed
- Salt (for boiling asparagus)
- as needed
Directions
Peel and devein shrimps. Dredge them with sake and corn starch, then boil.
Cut asparagus diagonally and boil in the salted water.
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté (1) and (2). Add Ponzu Soy Sauce to taste.
