Ingredients

- 200g spinach

- 1 tbsp Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- Salt, as needed
Directions
Grind sesame seeds with a mortar and pestle.
Boil water with salt in a pot. Add spinach and cook.
Rinse spinach with water and drain. Cut it into 1.5 inches long.
Mix (A) in a bowl. Add (2) and toss lightly.
