Mix A in a medium bowl. Add cooked rice and mix well until the rice reaches body temperature.
Wrap the bamboo mat in plastic wrap. Place nori and spread rice. Flip it over so the rice is facing down. Lay avocado and imitation crab on top.
Begin rolling sushi, pressing down firmly and gently as you roll. Sprinkle the roll with sesame seeds. Cut into slices and serve with Dashi Soy Sauce.
