Sprinkle salt on okra and roll on a cutting board. Cut pork belly in half.
Spread the pork, place okra and roll it up. Repeat the steps. Dredge with flour.
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the meat with the ends of the rolls facing down. Once all the sides are lightly browned, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes on low to medium heat.
Wipe excess oil in the pan. Add Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce and roll to coat.
Serve on a plate with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
