Mix (A) in a bowl and chill the soup in the refrigerator.
Boil sliced pork in a pot and drain.
Rub okra with salt, blanch and cut in half lengthwise.
Cook somen noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse the noodles under running cold water and drain.
Serve noodles and the soup in a bowl and top with pork, lemon and okra.
