Yakisoba (Japanese Stir-fry Noodles)

Ingredients
- 2 servings pre-steamed yakisoba noodles
- 100g pork belly, thinly sliced
- 100g cabbage, chopped
- 50g carrot, cut into stripes
- 50g onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Dashi Soy Sauce
- Salt, as needed
- Ground black pepper, as needed
- Dried bonito flakes, optional
- Vegetable oil, 1/2 tbsp
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan. Stir-fry sliced pork belly, cabbage, carrot and onion until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add yakisoba noodles and stir-fry for more.
Mix in Dashi Soy Sauce to the pan.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle bonito flakes, if desired.
