Yakisoba (Japanese Stir-fry Noodles)

Ingredients
- Pre-steamed yakisoba noodles
- 2 servings
- Pork belly, thinly sliced
- 100g
- Cabbage, chopped
- 100g
- Carrot, cut into stripes
- 50g
- Onion, sliced
- 50g
- Dashi Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp
- Salt
- as needed
- Ground black pepper
- as needed
- Dried bonito flakes
- optional
- Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan. Stir-fry sliced pork belly, cabbage, carrot and onion until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add yakisoba noodles and stir-fry for more.
Mix in Dashi Soy Sauce to the pan.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle bonito flakes, if desired.
