Sautéed Chicken Salad with Mustard Dressing

- Chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 tbsp
- Whole-grain mustard
- 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil

Directions
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken pieces. Let it sit for a while and pat it dry with a paper towel. Dredge with flour.
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté chicken pieces skin side down until browned.
Turn it over, cover and cook for about 10 minutes on low heat.
Mix (A) in a bowl. Mix in avocado, tomatoes, (3) and baby leaves.
