Lemon Chicken and Zucchini Stir-fry

Ingredients
(2 servings)
- 200g chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 100g zucchini, cut into 0.4in (1cm) slices
- 40g cherry tomatoes
- Lemon, cut into half-moon slices, as needed

- 2 tbsp Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, as needed
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan and fry chicken thighs until cooked through. Add zucchini and tomatoes and stir-fry for more.
Wipe off excess oil in the pan. Add (A) and give it a quick stir-fry.
Serve on a plate. Sprinkle black pepper and top with lemon slices.
