- Cooked rice
- 350g
- Umeboshi (pickled plum), pitted and torn
- 30g
- Vegan Dashi Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp
- Shiso, julienned
- 3 leaves
Directions
Mix umeboshi and Vegan Dashi Soy Sauce.
Mix (1), shiso and cooked rice in a bowl. Gently press and form into any desired shape.
