Ingredients
- 350g cooked rice
- 30g umeboshi (pickled plum), pitted and torn
- 1 tbsp Vegan Dashi Soy Sauce
- 3 leaves shiso, julienned
Directions
Mix umeboshi and Vegan Dashi Soy Sauce.
Mix (1), shiso and cooked rice in a bowl. Gently press and form into any desired shape.
