- Dried somen noodles
- 3 bundles (about 150g)
- Shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 90g
- Shredded lettuce
- 60g
- Chopped green onions

- Dashi Soup Base
- 80㎖
- Water
- 320㎖
- Salt
- as needed
Directions
Cook somen noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse the noodles under running cold water and drain.
Boil shrimps in the salted water.
Serve (1) in a bowl. Top with lettuce and shrimp. Pour mixed (A) and sprinkle green onions, if desired.
