Kake Udon (Udon Noodle Soup)
Ingredients

- 2 servings cooked udon noodles

- 80ml Udon Soup Base
- 480ml water
- Chopped green onions, optional
- Kamaboko (fish cake), optional
- Grated ginger, optional
Directions
Heat up Udon Soup Base and water in a pot.
Reheat cooked udon noodles in the boiling water. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
Pour (1) over the noodles. Garnish with green onions, kamaboko and grated ginger (optional).
