Butter Ponzu Donburi with Cabbage and

- Cooked rice
- 2 servings
- Cabbage, cut into small pieces
- 200g
- salmon fillets, cut into small pieces
- 2 fillets (about 200g)
- Salt
- as needed
- pepper
- as needed
- Chopped scallions
- as needed
- Ponzu Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp
- Butter
- 10g
- Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp
Directions
Season salmon with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté (1) until both sides are browned.
Add cabbage and cook for few more minutes. Add butter and Ponzu Soy Sauce and cook for few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the fish.
Divide rice between 2 bowls. Add (3) and sprinkle scallions on top.
