Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Mix grated onion and Ponzu Soy Sauce in a bowl.
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté (1) skin side down until browned. Turn it over, cover and cook on low heat until it is cooked through. Then, serve it on a plate.
Wipe off excess oil in the pan. Bring (2) to a boil in the same pan.
Pour it on the chicken. Garnish with baby leaves and tomatoes.
