- 120g shrimp
- 60g asparagus
- Sake, as needed
- Corn starch, as needed
- 1/2 tbsp Ponzu Soy Sauce
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- Salt (for boiling asparagus), as needed
Directions
Peel and devein shrimps. Dredge them with sake and corn starch, then boil.
Cut asparagus diagonally and boil in the salted water.
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté (1) and (2). Add Ponzu Soy Sauce to taste.
