Put diced pumpkins in the microwave-safe dish. Cover and cook in the microwave until tender for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Mash cooked pumpkins while hot. Mix in (A) and let it cool.
Sprinkle salt on sliced onion and let it sit for about 5 minutes, then squeeze off the excess water.
Mix (2), (3) and cream cheese together. Serve with almond slices on top.
