Ebi Mayo (Shrimp with Mayo Sauce)

- 120g shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 tsp Teriyaki Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sake
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 60g asparagus, cut diagonally
- 100g onion, thinly sliced
B
- 2 tbsp Teriyaki Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt (for boiling), as needed
- 1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
Directions
Sprinkle salt on shrimp and rub them lightly. Rinse in the water and pat dry.
Put (1) and (A) in a bowl and marinate for about 10 minutes. Pat dry and dredge them in corn starch. Boil and shock in cold water.
Boil asparagus in salted water.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté onions. Add (2) and (3) and sauté for a minute. Coat with (B) to finish.
