Spinach Ohitashi (Japanese Spinach Salad)

Ingredients(2 servings)
- Spinach (or any leafy greens of your choice)
- 200g
- Dashi Soy Sauce
- as needed
- Sesame seeds
- optional
- Salt (for boiling)
- as needed
Directions
Boil washed spinach, rinse in the cold water and drain well. Squeeze the water out and cut into 1.5-inch lengths.
Serve in a small bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds, if desired. Top with Dashi Soy Sauce.
