Place potatoes and carrots in a microwave-safe dish, cover and cook in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
Add onions and broccoli in the same dish, cover and cook until tender for about 3 more minutes.
Heat the oil in the pan and cook salmon on both sides. Add (2) and cook until browned.
Serve on a plate and drizzle with Salmon Dashi Soy Sauce.
