Chicken Karaage (Fried Chicken)

- Chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

- Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce

- Lettuce of your choice, separated

- Vegetable oil

Directions
Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken pieces.
Mix (1) and Dashi Soy Sauce in a bowl. Marinate for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
Mix A in a bowl. Lightly toss to coat the chicken pieces.
In a medium saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat (170-180C). Fry the chicken until golden brown.
Serve on a plate with lettuce.
