Ginger Chicken with Potato

- 100g chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 50g carrot, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 100g onion, cut into wedges
- 300g potato, quartered
- 15g ginger, grated

- 50㎖ Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Rinse potatoes in the water and drain well.
Heat the oil and ginger in a pot until fragrant. Add chicken and sauté until browned. Add vegetables and salt and sauté for more. Add water and cook on high heat.
Once boiled, skim off the scum. Turn to medium heat and mix in (A). Cover and cook until tender. Add honey and turn off the heat.
