Chicken Nanban with Dashi Ponzu Soy Sauce

- 6 pieces fried chicken
- 50g onion, thinly sliced
- 30g cucumber
- 18g yellow pepper
- 3 leaves of shiso or your choice of harbs
- 3 tbsp Dashi Ponzu Soy Sauce
- Chili pepper, small amount
Directions
Rinse the sliced onions in the water and drain.
Cut cucumber, yellow pepper and shiso into long thin strips.
Deseed and chop the chili pepper.
Heat up the fried chicken in the microwave.
Mix everything and Dashi Ponzu Soy Sauce in a bowl.
