Cut daikon into half-circle slices with about 1.5cm/ ½ inch thickness.
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté pork. Once it is cooked, add daikon and sauté for more.
Add (A) and bring to a boil. Add boiled eggs, cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with green onion, if desired.
