Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and set aside.
Heat the oil and garlic in a pan. Cook the garlic until fragrant and set aside.
Place the chicken skin side down on the same pan and cook both side until browned.
Pour the Ponzu Soy Sauce over the chicken. Cover and sauté for about five minutes.
On a plate, place the baby greens and sliced chicken on top. Pour the remaining sauce in the pan over chicken and arrange with garlic and cherry tomatoes.
