- 2 servings cooked rice
- 200g sashimi-grade salmon, diced
- 200g avocado, diced

- 3 tbsp Dashi Soy Sauce
- Wasabi paste, as needed
- Sesame seeds, as needed
- Shredded nori seaweed, as needed
Directions
Serve rice on a bowl and let it cool. Place salmon and avocado on top.
Mix A and pour it on (1), then garnish with sesame and nori seaweed.
