- 2 filets (about 200g)
                                            - Cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 100g 
                                            - Onion, sliced into rings
- 50g 
                                            - Lemon slices

- 2 tbsp 
                                            - Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce

                                            Pat dry sea bream fillets with paper towels.
                                        
                                     
                                                             
                                                    
                                                                    
                                        
                                            Arrange cabbage and onion slices in a microwave-safe dish. Top with (1) and sliced lemon slices and sprinkle with sake. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for about 5 minutes.
                                        
                                     
                                                             
                                                    
                                                                    
                                        
                                            Serve on a plate and drizzle Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce.
