Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce
Ingredients
(2 servings)
- 2 filets (about 200g) sea bream
- 100g cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 50g onion, sliced into rings
- Lemon slices, as needed
- 2 tbsp sake
- Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce, as needed
Directions
Pat dry sea bream fillets with paper towels.
Arrange cabbage and onion slices in a microwave-safe dish. Top with (1) and sliced lemon slices and sprinkle with sake. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for about 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and drizzle Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce.
