Atsuage with green onions and cheese
材料
- 260g atsuage (thick deep-fried tofu)
- 30g shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped green onions, as needed
- Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce, to taste
作り方
Heat a pan and cook atsuage until browned on both sides.
Place cheese on top. Cover and steam until cheese melts over low heat.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle green onions. Drizzle Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce.
