Beef and Potato Stir- Fry

- 100g any cut of beef steak, thinly sliced
- 150g potatoes, thinly sliced
- 80g green pepper, thinly sliced

- 2 tbsp Dashi Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Soak potatoes in the water and drain well.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Cook potatoes and peppers until tender. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the pan.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan. Cook (2) until heated through, then add (3) and mix. Serve on a plate.
