- 200g cooked udon noodle
A
- 20ml Sweet Udon Soy Sauce
- 40ml water
- Chopped green onions, as needed
- Grated daikon radish, as needed
- Sudachi (or lime, lemon), ½,optional
- Tenkasu (tempura scraps), optional
Directions
Cook udon noodles according to the package directions.
Serve (1) in a bowl. Mix (A) and pour it over udon.
Garnish with green onions, daikon, sudachi and tenkasu (optional).
