Horenso no Goma-ae (Spinach Dressed with Sesame)

Ingredients
- Spinach
- 200 g (around 1/2 a bunch of spinach)

- Dashi Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp
- Ground sesame
- 2 Tbsp
- Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp
- Salt (for parboiling spinach)
- as desired
Directions
Parboil spinach in salt water, cool in cold water, squeeze out the water and excess moisture from the cooked spinach, then cut into 4 cm long pieces.
Place A (ground sesame and sugar) in a bowl, mix well, then add the spinach from step 1 and dress.
