This Sanuki udon is made from 100% “Sanuki no Yume” flour grown in Kagawa prefecture. It was developed based on the desire to create the same taste of the past.
Ishimaru, a 120-year-old Sanuki udon manufacturer, has created this dried udon using a handmade method carefully cutting each strand with an udon cutter.
Delight in the aromatic wheat fragrant, smooth texture and the firm and chewy texture.

Usage

Dilute twice for noodle dipping sauce. Dilute 5 to 6 times for noodle soup. Or use to season soup or hotpot.

Usage

Add udon noodles in a large pot of boiling water, stirring well. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on your favorite texture, and drain. Wash noodles under cold running water and drain. Enjoy with your choice of toppings or in a soup.
