This Sanuki udon is made from 100% “Sanuki no Yume” flour grown in Kagawa prefecture. It was developed based on the desire to create the same taste of the past.
Ishimaru, a 120-year-old Sanuki udon manufacturer, has created this dried udon using a handmade method carefully cutting each strand with an udon cutter.
