Concentrated type made with light-colored soy sauce, so the colours of the ingredients are not lost. Dilute 10 times for soups or ochazuke (rice with tea), dilute 6 to 8 times for nimono boiled vegetable dishes or noodle soups, or use for dashi omelets and other dishes.
